Your teacup puppy will travel:
In an airline-approved carrier, suitable for their size and breed
Inside a climate-controlled cabin area designed for pet transport
With a dedicated pet nanny, when requested, to ensure hands-on care and supervision
We arrange all logistics on your behalf. Before your puppy’s departure, you’ll receive:
Flight number and airline name
Arrival time and pickup airport
Reference or airbill number for identification
Contact instructions for pickup at the airport
You will typically receive your puppy within 24 hours of shipment, depending on your location.

If weather conditions are hazardous or temperatures exceed safe thresholds, we will postpone shipping until it is safe to travel. Your puppy’s health is our top priority.
Prefer your puppy to travel with personal care? We offer Airline Nanny Service, where a trained nanny accompanies your puppy in-cabin and hand-delivers them to you.

Airlines require that all traveling pets be issued a Health Certificate by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of travel. This certificate confirms your puppy is:
Free of infectious disease
Fit for air travel
Current on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming
All puppies leave our care with this documentation in hand.
When your puppy arrives:
Please arrive at the airport on time with a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license)
Most puppies are available for pickup approximately 1 hour after the flight lands
Once home, allow your puppy to settle in a quiet area
Schedule a vet visit within 48 hours of arrival for a routine health check
Expect a brief adjustment period (typically 24–48 hours)
We also conduct a follow-up call within 24 hours of arrival to check in, answer any questions, and ensure your puppy has settled in comfortably.
